Overview
We build web applications that load quickly, work for everyone and scale with demand: customer portals, SaaS dashboards, content platforms, internal tools and complex transactional applications. Our default stack is TypeScript with React and Next.js, server rendering where it helps performance and SEO, and robust APIs behind it. Performance and accessibility budgets are enforced automatically in CI.
Common use cases
- SaaS web applicationsMulti-tenant dashboards with complex data and workflows.
- Content and marketing platformsFast, SEO-friendly sites with headless CMS integration.
- Customer portalsSelf-service account, billing and support experiences.
- Internal toolsAdmin consoles and operations dashboards.
Quick answers
Web Application Development at a glance
The essentials in brief. Every project is scoped individually — ask us for specifics.
- What is web application development?
- High-performance web applications and platforms built with React, Next.js and modern backends — fast, accessible and secure.
- Who is it for?
- Typically startups building a first product, scale-ups extending a platform, and enterprises replacing or modernising internal software.
- What does Shivacha provide?
- Frontend engineering
- Server rendering & performance
- Accessibility
- Backend & APIs
- CMS integration
- Automated testing
- Which technologies are used?
- React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Flutter — chosen to fit your stack and constraints.
- How does the process work?
- Technical discovery → Architecture & design system → Parallel frontend and backend → Quality gates → Release and monitor.
- What affects the cost?
- Number of user roles and core workflows
- Platforms (web, iOS, Android)
- Third-party integrations
- Design depth and accessibility targets
- Data migration from existing systems
- Performance, scale and uptime requirements
- How long does it take?
- An MVP typically takes 8–14 weeks; larger platforms are delivered in phases with a usable release every few weeks.
- How do I get started?
- Share a short brief in the form below, book a 30-minute call or message us on WhatsApp. A senior engineer replies within one business day; NDA on request.

Delivery
How an engagement runs
- 1
Technical discovery
Requirements, platforms, integrations and non-functional targets.
- 2
Architecture & design system
Component library, API contracts and data model.
- 3
Parallel frontend and backend
Contract-first development so teams move independently.
- 4
Quality gates
Automated tests, Lighthouse and accessibility checks in CI.
- 5
Release and monitor
Staged releases, crash reporting and real-user monitoring.
Security
Security built into delivery
Controls we apply by default on this kind of work — not a separate phase at the end.
Secure SDLC
Code review, dependency scanning and secrets kept out of source control.
Authentication
Proven identity providers, MFA and least-privilege roles.
OWASP coverage
Protection against common web and API vulnerabilities, verified in testing.

Learn moreReact vs Next.js: what's the difference and which should you build on?
React is a UI library; Next.js is a framework built on it. When a plain React single-page app is enough, and when server rendering, routing and SEO make Next.js the better choice.

Frequently asked questions
Why Next.js?
It combines React's component model with server rendering, static generation and edge capabilities — giving good performance and SEO without sacrificing interactivity. We use other frameworks where they fit better.
Do you design as well as build?
Yes. Our product design team handles UX research, interface design and design systems alongside engineering.
Native or cross-platform mobile?
Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter and React Native suit most business apps and reduce cost. Native Swift and Kotlin are better for heavy device integration, advanced graphics or platform-specific experiences. We recommend per project.
Do you handle app store submission?
Yes — builds, signing, store listings, review guidance and release automation for both Apple App Store and Google Play.
