Overview

Infrastructure is invisible when it works and existential when it does not. An outage during a product launch, a misconfigured storage bucket or a failed deployment on a Friday evening can undo months of product work.

Shivacha Cloud builds infrastructure that makes those failures rare and recoverable. We design cloud architectures on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud; migrate workloads with minimal disruption; build Kubernetes and container platforms; automate everything as code; and put monitoring, alerting and incident response in place so teams know about problems before customers do.

Problems we solve

Where Cloud initiatives usually break down.

Unreliable releases

Manual deployments and environment drift cause failed releases and long rollbacks.

Rising cloud cost

Over-provisioned resources and poor visibility make cloud spend grow faster than the business.

Blind spots in production

Without metrics, logs and traces, incidents are found by customers and diagnosed slowly.

Security misconfiguration

Excessive permissions, exposed services and unmanaged secrets create avoidable risk.

Stalled migrations

Moving from on-premises or between clouds drags on because dependencies were never mapped.

Developer friction

Product engineers wait on tickets for environments, pipelines and access.

Services

Shivacha Cloud services

Cloud architecture, migration, DevOps, platform engineering, SRE and cybersecurity for systems that cannot go down.

Cloud architecture & migration

Consulting, landing zones, migration and managed operations across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, including resilience and disaster recovery.

DevOps & platform engineering

Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, internal developer platforms and site reliability engineering.

Architecture

A reference architecture, adapted to you.

How we typically structure Cloud systems, adapted to your landscape and partners.

  • Routine, reversible releasesAutomated pipelines with progressive delivery and fast rollback.
  • Visible, controlled costTagging, rightsizing and budgets that make spend predictable.
  • Measured reliabilitySLOs, error budgets and incident reviews that improve uptime over time.
  • Security by defaultLeast-privilege access, encrypted data and continuous monitoring from day one.

Approach

How we deliver.

  1. 1

    Assess

We map workloads, dependencies, risks, costs and team capabilities to establish a baseline.

  2. 2

    Design the target

Reference architecture, landing zone, network, identity and security controls are designed up front.

  3. 3

    Automate everything

Infrastructure, configuration, pipelines and policies are defined as code and version-controlled.

  4. 4

    Migrate and modernise incrementally

Workloads move in waves with rollback plans, validation and parallel running where needed.

  5. 5

    Operate with SLOs

Service level objectives, dashboards, alerts and runbooks turn reliability into a managed quantity.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which cloud providers do you support?

AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, as well as Cloudflare at the edge and hybrid or on-premises Kubernetes. We recommend a provider based on your workloads, existing contracts, data residency and team skills.

Do you offer managed services after migration?

Yes. We offer ongoing managed cloud operations including monitoring, patching, cost optimisation, backup verification and incident response, with defined service levels.

Can you help us pass security reviews?

We implement technical controls and produce architecture and control documentation that support frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Formal certification and attestation are performed by accredited auditors.

Do you build internal developer platforms?

Yes. We build platforms with service templates, golden-path pipelines, preview environments and self-service infrastructure, typically on Kubernetes with GitOps.

How do you approach disaster recovery?

We start from recovery time and recovery point objectives per system, then design backup, replication and failover strategies to meet them — and we test recovery regularly rather than assuming it works.
