Working with Shivacha

What is Shivacha Technologies?

Shivacha Technologies is a global technology development and engineering partner headquartered in Gurgaon, India, with offices in Dallas (USA) and London (UK). It operates through Shivacha Technologies Solution Private Limited (India), Shivacha Technologies LLC (USA) and Shivacha Technologies Limited (UK).

What does Shivacha do?

Shivacha Technologies helps companies launch production-ready Web3, digital asset, FinTech, AI and cloud products faster. It offers white-label platforms (crypto exchanges, crypto wallets, P2P trading, neobanks, crypto card infrastructure, payment gateways, RWA tokenization, DeFi and AI agent platforms), custom engineering and dedicated development teams.

How long does a white-label platform take to implement?

Typical software implementation ranges from one to six weeks depending on the product and the depth of customization — for example, a white-label crypto wallet in two to three weeks or a white-label crypto exchange in three to four weeks for a defined configuration. Licences, banking and card-issuer onboarding, custody and liquidity agreements and audits are separate and may take longer.

Where is Shivacha based?

Shivacha Technologies is headquartered in Gurgaon, India, with offices in Dallas and London. We work with companies across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

What engagement models do you offer?

Fixed-scope projects, time-and-materials delivery, dedicated teams and pods, product squads and managed engineering with service levels. We recommend a model based on how well-defined your requirements are.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. Code, designs and documentation created for you are assigned to you under the engagement agreement.

Is Shivacha a licensed financial institution?

No. Shivacha is a technology company. Regulated financial activities — holding funds, issuing cards, custody, lending — are performed by clients or licensed partners.

Do you provide legal, regulatory or investment advice?

No. We provide technology and engineering services and work alongside your legal, compliance and financial advisors.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.

Does Shivacha build blockchain and Web3 products?

Yes. Shivacha Web3 builds smart contracts, dApps, wallets, token systems, DeFi protocols, crypto exchanges, tokenization and stablecoin platforms on Ethereum, Layer 2 networks, Polygon and Solana, and prepares contracts for independent audit.

Does Shivacha develop FinTech products?

Yes. Shivacha FinTech builds digital banking and neobank platforms, payment gateways and orchestration, card programs, lending and wealth platforms, and the ledgers and reconciliation behind them. Licensed activities are performed by clients or their regulated partners.

Does Shivacha develop AI applications?

Yes. Shivacha AI builds LLM applications, retrieval-augmented (RAG) search, AI agents with tool use and human approval, document automation and machine learning systems, with evaluation and governance built in.

Can Shivacha build a crypto exchange?

Yes. Shivacha builds centralised, decentralised and hybrid exchange technology — matching engines, wallets and custody integrations, ledgers, KYC/AML integrations and admin tools. Exchange licensing and legal advice must come from qualified advisors.

Which technologies does Shivacha use?

Common choices include TypeScript, React and Next.js, Node.js, Python, Go, Rust, Solidity, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and the major clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). The stack is chosen per project to fit your team and constraints.

How much does a project cost?

Shivacha does not publish fixed prices, because cost depends on scope, integrations, compliance and team. You can get an indicative timeline and team shape from the project estimator, and a written estimate after a short discovery call.

How long does a typical project take?

MVPs commonly take 8–14 weeks; regulated FinTech or institutional Web3 platforms usually take four to nine months. Timelines are confirmed after discovery.

Can we hire dedicated developers?

Yes. You can hire dedicated blockchain, Web3, Solidity, AI, FinTech, React, Node.js and Python developers or a full squad. You interview every engineer before they join.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Shivacha offers white-label development for agencies and consultancies, under NDA and without contacting your clients.

How do we start?

Start a project, book a call or message the sales team on WhatsApp. We begin with a discovery conversation, then propose scope, team and approach.
