2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation:
- Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel their project at any time before work has commenced. A full refund of any upfront payment will be issued, minus any processing fees.
- After Project Commencement: If the client wishes to cancel the project after work has started, the client will be billed for the hours worked up to the point of cancellation. Any unused portion of the advance payment will be refunded, minus any processing fees.
2.2 Shivacha Technologies-Initiated Cancellation:
- Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to cancel the project at any stage if the client violates our terms of service. In such cases, the client will be billed for the hours worked up to the point of cancellation, and any remaining balance will be refunded, minus any processing fees.
- Non-Payment: If a client fails to make timely payments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the project. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for the work already completed.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Pre-Project Phase: Full refunds are available for cancellations made before project commencement, subject to processing fees.
- Post-Project Commencement: Refunds will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The refund amount will be the difference between the total paid and the cost of the hours worked, minus any processing fees.
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations:
- Completed Milestones: Payments for completed milestones or deliverables are non-refundable.
- Custom Software Development: Refunds are not provided for custom software development once the client has approved the project specifications and development has begun.
- Dissatisfaction Without Cause: If the client is dissatisfied with the work without providing valid reasons as per the agreed project scope and specifications, refunds will not be issued.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
